Christine has practiced in the field of estate planning and trust and estate administration for over 20 years representing clients and estates with net worths of less than $100,000 to over $10,000,000. Her practice includes preparation and implementation of core estate planning documents such as wills, revocable trusts, health care proxies and durable powers of attorney and more sophisticated planning involving irrevocable life insurance trusts, irrevocable gift trusts and qualified personal residence trusts. Christine is admitted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Florida.

Christine has extensive experience in simple and complex estate and trust administration including filing probate petitions in testate and intestate cases to appoint executors or administrators; filing of petitions for partition related to disputed sales among co-owners; filing conservator and guardianship petitions and accounts for minors and incapacitated persons; filing of complaints to remove trustees; and filing of petitions to render inventory/accounts. More complex estate administration has involved disputed wills, contested accounts, real property in multiple states, family owned business interests and spousal share elections. Her practice covers the entire Commonwealth but focuses mainly on Middlesex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex Counties.

She also prepares gift tax returns, final income tax returns for decedents, estate tax returns (form 706), applications for discharge of estate tax liens (form 792) and fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts (form 1041), as well as estate and trust inventories and annual accountings.
